My menu starts on Sunday, but I'm posting today.
Sunday: Turkey Patty Melt & Progresso Soup (We got a TON of Progresso soup really really cheap from my coupon shopping, so we are combining it with some home cooking.)
Monday: Crockpot Chili, corn bread
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes, sweet potato fries, veggies
Wednesday: hamburger helper (another thing I got from my coupon shopping for really cheap -we use ground turkey), veggies
Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veggies - the meatloaf was made about a month or two ago when I got 10lb. of ground beef and ended up making 9 meatloaves. We cooked them all, ate one, and froze the rest. Now I just defrost it, reheat and we are ready to eat! I will definitely be doing this more often!
Friday: California Tamale Pie (in the crockpot), salad
Saturday: Santa Fe Chicken Pilaf, fruit
Another week of yumminess!
